Original Abstract Animal Art For Sale

Animals are amazing creatures. Every animal has its own unique characteristics that I find very fascinating. There are many artists that create amazing and beautiful abstract animal paintings and drawings. A few years ago I started to develop some of my own animal art, here's a couple of moose drawings I did in charcoal

Why Do I Create Abstract Animal Art?

Last year, I felt drawn and compelled to come back to the subject matter of "animals," but this time, I wanted to do something different. I wanted to put my own spin on my creations. I wanted to create abstract animal art from a simplistic and geometrical point of view.

By deconstructing dogs and cats, I was able to create these animal drawings in a simplistic, less detailed manner. This allowed me to look at the essential elements needed to make the composition work. At least to my liking, of course. :)

I had a lot of fun creating these drawings, and I am actually working on a few more. Instead of drawings, I am creating abstract animal paintings using acrylic paint on canvas. So far, they are looking great, but I have a few other art projects I am working on, and the animal paintings have to take a back seat.

When I started to create this series, I wanted to help raise money to support organizations that devote their time to protecting these beautiful animals. I haven't teamed up with an organization yet, but if you work for one or know someone that is interested in partnering up with an artist to raise money for their cause, please let me know.

If you are interested in purchasing one of my abstract animal paintings and creating your own animal art gallery or would like a custom creation, please send me a note here.

I hope you enjoyed my animal art and are able to enjoy the holidays!
Please share this with a friend that loves animals! :)
