A few weeks ago my wife and I went on a great adventure, we on a road trip down the East Coast of the United States and went as far as Washington, D.C.. We made stops in Connecticut, Delaware, Maryland, Philadelphia! It was quite fun and met some interesting people along the way! We are looking forward to our next adventure across the country.

Two places we stopped at during our trip were aquariums in CT and MD. Thankfully my wife wanted to stop because I would have missed out on a wicked good time.

The Beautiful Beluga Whale

The first visit was to the Mystic Aquarium. We were able to see Beluga Whales, Penguins, touch Stingrays, and Sharks! Then there were jellyfish, this was one of my favorites spots to visit. Once I saw the jellyfish, all I saw was art! I started to take photos because jellyfish are so mesmerizing! I knew I wanted to turn these photos into jellyfish wall art to display in my home! I got some pretty good pictures and wanted to share them with anyone and everyone that admires the beauty of jellyfish.

After taking some time to watch these sea animals, I thought about making some jellyfish art using watercolors or paint! I am looking forward to setting aside some time to work on this.

The second aquarium we visited was in Baltimore and this place was awesome!!! It's definitely worth the money and worth the time to take a tour! It's huge and has pretty much everything you would want to see, sharks, turtles, starfish, octopus, and yes, even more jellyfish! In addition to seeing more jellyfish, you actually get to touch/pet jellyfish here. 

We got to pet a stingray like this! Yes, it's slimy!

The turtle in the photo only had one arm! Poor little guy.

​I am sure you are "jellyfish'd" out by now, but I love them and they are super cool to look at! Note: the jellyfish at the Mystic Aquarium are much better for pictures than the Baltimore Aquarium.
