A Starfish StoryIf you haven't heard of the starfish story, you may know it by the title: " The Star Thrower. " The person that wrote the starfish story is Loren Eiseley, the author of The Immense Journey. Loren's story has stood the test of time as people often look back and reference The Star Thrower when having a conversation regarding change and someone's ability to make a true difference in the world. In 2014, inspired by Mr. Eiseley, I created my own starfish story for children, parents, teachers, and anyone that likes picture books and, of course, a fun story. The cover of my book "Addison's Starfish Adventure," is pictured below. My Starfish Story for KidsAs I mentioned, I was inspired by Mr. Eiseley's starfish story, so I dedicated a page in my book in honor of his book. The starfish story's meaning helps inspire anyone that crosses path with it. The meaning of the story is one that can resonate with anyone because each and everyone one of us has the ability to make a difference in the world. The Starfish Thrower is an empowering story that enables people to be the change they want to see in the world. Readers receive wonderful wisdom from a starfish story. The Starfish Story is a seemingly simple story that delivers a profound meaning that has transcended generations and appeals to new readers every year. My starfish story takes children on an adventure to the ocean to find starfish. The main character, Addison, is fun, energetic, and loves the ocean. She also teaches kids how to summon or call the starfish. My starfish story is a silly picture book for kids that also includes a few fun and free activities and interactive elements that kids enjoy.
