New Year, new year resolutions right? WRONG! Everyone knows resolutions don't work. We need to make goals and break down the steps needed to acheive those goals. We need to focus on that goal and take action each day on the path to success.
A common example: Lose weight or x number of pounds by x date. For the most part when people make this new year resolution they:
1. Change the way they eat for 2-3 weeks maybe a month 2. Join a gym and go consistently for 2-3 months then flow back into old patterns.
